We inform you that Emmegas Spa, in accordance with the Legislative Decree n°196/03, and represented by its president, is the company encharged of the processing of the personal data provided by the visitors of the website. In particular, with processing of the personal data we intend their collection, registration, organization, storage, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, block, cancellation and destruction, or the combination of two or more of these operations. These personal data are used by Emmegas Spa with the purpose of providing to the people interested technical and commercial communications, regarding Emmegas products and activities. These personal data will not be subject of communication or diffusion to anybody else, with the exception of some cases disciplined by law. The data processing will be done only with methods able to guarantee its safety and privacy and also computerised instruments could be used to memorize and manage the data. The submittal of the personal data is not compulsory, however the refusal to give the information will make impossible to supply the people interested with technical and commercial information about Emmegas products and activities. Furthermore, the Individuals that the personal detail refer to, in accordance with article 7 of the Legislative Decree n°196/2003, have the right to (extract art.7) : 1. The party in question has the right to acquire confirmation of the existence or absence of his personal details, even if they are not yet registered, and their transmission in an intelligible form. 2. The party in question has the right to be informed of: a) the origin of his personal details; b) the objectives and methods of elaboration; c) the logic applied in the event of elaboration performed using electronic instruments; d) identification details of the company or authority and the representative, if appointed, in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2; e) the individuals and categories of individuals to whom the personal details may be transmitted or that may receive them as nominated representative in the territory of the Country or by appointed individuals. 3. The party in question has the right to acquire: a) updates, modifications or, if he so requires, integration of details; b) cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or a block on the details elaborated following legal violation, including those for which storage is not required with regards to the objectives for which the details have been collected or subsequently elaborated c) confirmation that the operations as indicated in letters a) and b) have been indicated, also with regards to their contents, of those to whom the details have been communicated or divulged, except if such fulfilment turns out to be impossible or generates use of the means that is not proportional with the right protected. 4. The party in question has the right to present total or partial objection: a) for legitimate reasons, to the elaboration of his personal details, related to the objective of the collection; b) to the elaboration of his personal details for purposes related to the transmission of publicity material or direct sales or to carry out market research or trade communications. Finally, in case of cessation, for any reason, of the processing, the personal details will be detroyed in accordance with article 16 of the Legislative Decree 196/03.
